"The AC wasn’t working properly and both showed error in the unit. Also the fridge made a lot of clicking noise all night. I could not get a good night sleep in the heat and with the noise."

"Everything is broken and not cleaned"

Recomendable 100%. Gracias por un altísimo nivel de servicio."

"A small, quiet hostel that is very clean and new looking inside. Outside it looks like an abandoned building and I walked past a couple of times without noticing the small sticker on the window. I liked that there was a communal sofa and TV area and sat with a couple of other guests and watched a film. There are no window coverings in the room which was not good as the room was on a main road so light was always shining. There were no staff on site so cannot comment on staff."

"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "

Emme saaneet koko reissun aikana pientä ulkoporttia toimimaan koodilla. Mutta kuljimme auto portin kautta. Todella iso plussa oli keittiö, jossa oli helppo valmistaa ruoka itse. Suosittelen lämpimästi tätä hotellia lasten kanssa matkustaville....

"Great stay , loved the attention to detail! Thank you and keep up the good work!"

"The staff was very responsive on communications. The room was very clean and only a few minutes from Old Town."

"Awesome property! The lobby and rooms were excellent! Great staff! Breakfast was outstanding!"

"This is such a lovely old hotel in the old town, so it’s a great location to all the sites and walkable to other areas as well (including the ferry, which is very convenient). The staff are friendly and helpful - they suggested gluten-free cafes and restaurants and arranged a day trip for us too. The rooms are unique and full of character and charm. I’d really like to return here soon too!"
