"After 30 years of traveling and working in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say the service at this hotel was among the best I’ve ever experienced. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless, setting the tone for a very well-run operation. The activities desk was efficient and organized, with everything handled smoothly and right on schedule. The spa was top-notch and professionally managed, making for a truly relaxing experience. The grounds were absolutely impeccable and clearly very well maintained. While the property itself leans a bit on the older side, the outstanding management, attention to detail, and level of service more than make up for it. Add in a very comfortable bed, and it made for an excellent stay overall. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values exceptional service and a well-managed guest experience."

"Loved our stay at Dusit. Their infinity pool + beach options were definitely the highlight. There’s also enough dining options. I just wish their management would train ALL Dusit Thani staff to treat all guests with equal respect and care for all regardless of the nationality. We are a Filipino family, migrated to the US, and on vacation after almost 9 years of being away. The first night we checked in my husband went to the spa for a massage. The girl looked at him from head to toe and asked “gikan paka sa gawas sir”, “nag check in ka diri sir”. Murag di siya katuo nga naka afford mig check in. Haha! It was quite funny but definitely insulting. Another incident too the following day. Please Dusit, let’s refrain from this toxic culture of Filipinos degrading kapwa pinoy. We were from a different hotel in Cebu and grabe macompare jud nako ang contrast sa service. You have beautiful resort but the problem is from your own staff. Murag wa sila maanad naay mga Filipinos, ingon ana ilang serbisyo. We just let it go, I’ll mention it instead in my review. We’re still satisfied with our booking and experience. Hopefully your management will definitely read this. Please don’t forget Dusit, you’re still in Cebu soil, Lapu-lapu mismo. So please treat everybody fairly. All smiles jud and be compassionate and helpful. "

"Loved our stay in Radisson. Nothing compares to the care Cebuanos give to their guests. Our family have travelled to different countries in Europe, Japan and even in the US, our stay at Radisson tops it all. The breakfast buffet was definitely the best of all! Your staff are just incredibly awesome, super kind and helpful. From front desk, to lobby helpers, restaurant servers, nurse, housekeeping, they were all wonderful. Each of them treats their guests equally, regardless of color. We are a Filipino family but they treated us with exact care just as how they would for foreigners. I booked the business room, without knowing we’d get business lounge access. Unfortunately, during out stay my husband and I weren’t able to use the business lounge access. Kids are not allowed. I am so thankful they exchanged our free breakfast from BCL to the breakfast buffet downstairs without extra fee. The pool was under renovation which was fine. You’ll be busy exploring the city anyways. The convenience is 10/10! It’s almost adjacent to SM City mall which is why we chose this. Their service is 12/10! Would definitely be back at Radisson. "
