"You come to the Fairmont Olympic because you either know about the history and how classy this hotel is or because you stumbled upon it online and thought it looked nice. It's a hotel with a solid reputation in Seattle, has a great restaurant, hopping bar area, and a bunch of other amenities. From massages, hair cuts, spa and more, this is a hotel you can come, stay, hangout and get pampered. Even though it might be a little bit of an older hotel it holds itself well and they keep it well maintained."

"Lovely vintage hotel. Very clean and in a great location. Comfy bed and large, well-appointed rooms. My only minor complaint was the front desk attendant could have been friendlier. He barely made eye contact, and grumbled his way through checking us in without so much as a “hello” or “welcome.” For the price level, I expect a little more hospitality from staff"

"Came to Seattle for a wedding. I saw the rate and surrounding area and took a chance and made reservations since I wasnt familar with Seattle. Right on the corner and within walking to shopping and some food locales. The hotel itself is mature... it's kept well however during our stay the lobby was being repaired so there was construction. The rooms are charming but again it's a mature hotel..if you rent a car there is a nightly fee with in and out privileges. There was were no issues with parking during my stay. Overall I would stay here again."

"The room was fairly clean, however the bathroom floor had hair, not mine, on it. The bed was very comfortable. Room temperature was really good. The bathroom sink was stopped up and drained very slowly. The first room they put us in the shower was broken so the first night we couldn't shower. The staff was amazing very helpful. The second room the satellite wouldn't work but they sent someone up quickly to fix it. We asked for handicap room and the first one was on the 11th floor, the second one was on the 10th. If their was an emergency there would have been no way for my husband who is in a wheel chair to exit. The ice machine didn't work on the 10th floor. The restaurant on the 4th floor was also closed, but relocated in the lobby hall. The hotel was very beautiful and the staff amazing but it's not handicapped friendly so I wouldn't stay there again"
