"It was my first visit to Fazlani . I would really like to thank the team for their courteous and warm behavior throughout the duration of our stay. The property is well maintained and takes us close to open surrounding with its vast open spaces. My kid really enjoyed all the activities such as horse riding, animal parade, cycling to name a few. "I had a very bad experience day1. They gave me a smoking room inspite of my booking for a nonsmoking room. It was stinking. When I asked them to change the room they mentioned sold out.
AC controls were not working
In bath room, shower was not working. I had to literally sit under the tap to take bath. The tap was positioned such a way that I cannot sit under that without bending
Kettle was not working
When I complained, staff not even felt sorry. Simply said, we will change your room...
