"We loved this hotel so much, we didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect from the spacious, comfortable room to the helpful hotel staff, to the convenient location. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. I wish hotel experiences were this good in the states. I would come back here again and again, highly recommended."

"The property was very clean annd inviting with a wonderful layout and beautiful furnishings. The staff is their number one asset because of their friendly nature and welcoming attitude. The fact that the hotel is part of Hiroshima station makes touring very easy. The department stores, restaurants, tour offices were all close at hand. Overall, The Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate deserves an excellent rating!"

"We were not the hotel much the two days we were in Hiroshima, but we found it to be nice and clean. When we needed assistance the staff was very helpful. Like that the location was so close to Hiroshima Station."

"Breakfast was really good and fresh. The onsen was wonderful and clean. With a family of four our room was quite small and the beds were not big enough for all of us, which was the only concern so maybe not the best place to stay with two children who need their own space. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves and the neighborhood was very walkable and easy to get around."

"This my favorite stay in Hiroshima. Great atmosphere, the top floor has a great morning an night view of the city . Good food , great staff . Even thought they have a laundry , they can do your laundry for a good price. The second floor bar a public bathroom. (Very good ) โฉ๏ธ๐๐๐ Close to the Hatchobori local train city main attractions ."
