The facility is kind of dated but the location is good if you do not have a car and use public transportation. M2 and S25 bus stop is near by. Furniture is old but quite clean as matter of fact. You can walk to Beitou library, Hot Sprint museum and Hot Spring Valley in 10 minutes.

住起來很舒服很放鬆，而且我們是住豪華雙人房裡面空間整體上都超喜歡的，房間內的溫泉很棒，大廳服務人員都會很專業及貼心的介紹他們飯店的溫泉的性質以及要入浴前及泡完溫泉後該注意什麼都會說，因為飯店比較山上但走下山大約10分鐘的路程離新北投捷運蠻近的，新北投捷運站就有很多吃的，所以我覺得蠻方便，上山可能會多5分鐘如果不急得話可以慢慢走，吸收分多精而且附近也滿多景點的可以逛，再來是早餐的部分我覺得他們的滷肉很好吃，推薦大家可以去住住看。

大眾溫泉中午才開？這樣怎麼泡

沒有想像的好，大眾溫泉♨️12點才開。但是中午前要退房！變成早上起床想要泡個溫泉，也只能在房間裡。字有點不太明白溫泉飯店的用意。這點我就不推薦了。房間內的溫泉也比較小，感覺只是一個有溫泉的小型商務旅館。這個價錢相對來講實在是貴了些

溫泉很棒，浴缸很大，溫泉蛋好吃。 冷氣太冷了，都轉到30度了，但晚上睡覺時還是感覺頭很冷。 洗頭時發現蓮蓬頭會漏水，然後會突然跳成放水。

ホテルで支払いしたのに領収証を発行拒否

チェックイン時にカードで支払いを済ませて、領収証を求めるとチェックアウトの時に渡すと言う事でしたが、チェックアウト時に領収証を求めるとそんなの無い、ホテルズドットコムで予約したんだからそこからもらえと言われ、それはおかしい予約はしたが、支払いはホテルの場合はホテルで領収証が発行される筈だと言っても、知らない、発行しないの一点張り。出張で使ったのに請求出来ず自腹に。皆さんこのホテルは要注意です。
