"Staff members were friendly and very helpful. My room was updated and clean. Breakfast was not very good and not worth the $13 they charged. Next time, I would just eat at Starbucks right next door. Not too many restaurants to choose from nearby. Still a pretty decent stay. "

"Location was great, close to major transportation MRT and night market. Room was clean but need some update to accommodate today’s technology. It also needs some renovation as it shows some deteriorating of aging. Breakfast was great with various of food to choose from. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Quiet and very relax atmosphere with little people traffic. My third time living in this facility."

"Property is well located with MRT within short walking distance. Lots of good eateries around the area. The night market is also close by with the wharf for the night view. A convenience store was 2 doors away. The room is of a good size n the bed was comfortable. I didnt open the window as the noise fm the wet market downstairs could b heard. The hotel is likely a renamed new hotel as the old name Nine Hotel was more visible on arrival to hotel. There are small steep steps to take to enter the hotel for check in on the 2nd floor so be aware of this if you hv heavy luggage. I was lucky there was a helpful front desk staff to help me bring up my luggage. I thought the shared lounge was a bit small to accommodate minimal people. "

"The front desk and lobby staff were very friendly, professional and helpful although Mandarin is not my first language. They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. The only downside perhaps was I felt the indoor bath temperature was a bit too hot for me."

"Free mini bar is a nice touch. However, the lighting in hotel lobby and the room could be a little brighter. I found it difficult to see well. All in all the hotel and its location are great, clean and convenient. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel immensely."
