"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Fengari. I believe it took us about an hour and a half from the airport. The Drive is windy and very beautiful with lots of flowers and birds on a country road. "Le Parc was an excellent hotel with an atmosphere of warmth and helpfulness which came from every one of their staff. Any request was fulfilled immediately and always with a smile. I had three separate visits during a two week holiday so experienced different rooms which were all spacious, clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms are located in different towers so it is a mission getting to them with different elevators and a walk through passages. It also means that we were forced to go up and down stairs without a handrail which was difficult for my partner. We ate in the hotel restaurant several times and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere there. I would happily return again and will recommend it to friends."
