"Rooms are decent & nice! Food is average, nothing amazing but nothing bad either. Staff are great. However in our room we had no power nearly our entire stay - we did have AC & fan power which was good….but we were unable to charge our devices in our room & also no power in the bathroom which are all outdoors so we had to have showers and toilet trips in the dark.. we talked to the staff multiple times about the issue and it was fixed once and stayed on for about 3 hours and then never again. we...

"Property very shabby and dirty. Food disgusting some looked like slops and cold. No first aid kit at resort or defib. Linen very old and worn. The housekeeping staff were helpful but front of desk very lazy. The laundry you wouldnt wash your cat in there."

"Not too many food choices , nothing close by for food options . outside food and drinks are not allowed . restaurant's are over priced Love the coral area , nice quite clean place."

"Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost."

"Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the room was right near the bar and was very loud and noisy. The Wi-Fi was poor at best. Our in room safe did not have a battery and when requested one was not provided."
