"Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again! "

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 2am and they expedited check in to allow us to get to our room. They also agreed to hold our luggage once the airport found it until the end of the cruise even though we were not staying with them at the end of the cruise. Exceptional customer service! Great location in Tenerife as well! "

"The hotel is located in a quiet street very close to the city center with many bars, cafes and shops around. There is no breakfast but many options nearby. The hotel has 2 parking spots (costing 18 euros per day) which was important for us. "

"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties with our check-in, and they could not access the information Expedia was supposed to send them. Despite our "ghost" reservation, they made sure we had a room and they had a "customer first" attitude. They are also very friendly, and we enjoyed conversing with the staff. The breakfast is also quite nice. "
