"We enjoyed the fact that the property was peaceful and we had a beautiful view of the lake. As for the villa we stayed in, not so great. The furniture was old and outdated. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. We could not get a good night's sleep because the bed was sinking in from the middle. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES. We were very disappointed, but made the best of what we believed to have over paid for. No disrespect to the staffing of this property, they were friendly. However, it was an experience my family and I wish not to experience again."

"Check-in was REDUNCULACLY slow. However the staff was very accommodating. It was conveniently located near Kalahari pool park. The prices here were much more reasonable than those charged by the pool park. Also, being attached to a casino, may have been the reason I didn't notice a lot of kids running around. Bathroom was quite luxurious in my room. While I enjoyed the decor in my room, my friend in another room on the same floor had quite a different experience. I guess decor is in the eye-of-the-beholder, but I did agree that my room was much more nicely furnished. Overall what you would expect for a casino-hotel. I would stay again."

"I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this experience was honestly horrible and very upsetting for my family. When we first walked into the hotel, we noticed dog hair all over the couch. I brushed it off because I understand people travel with pets and tried not to make a big deal about it. Later that night around 11 PM, my husband went into the bathroom and turned on the light when he saw a roach come out from the sink. After hearing that, I immediately panicked because I have a huge fear of roaches. We started quickly cleaning up our snacks and belongings, and that’s when we noticed multiple roaches around our food, inside the trash bag, and near our things. At that point, me, my husband, and our two small children packed up and left immediately around 11:30 PM. We drove all the way back home to Cherry Hill, New Jersey, which was about a 2.5 hour drive. It was upsetting and honestly dangerous having to drive that late at night with two young kids, but I felt more comfortable going home to shower, clean our belongings, and make sure we did not bring anything back with us. The worst part is we were only there for about 4 hours before discovering the infestation. The next day we had to wash all of our clothes and clean out our car after even finding what looked like part of a roach leg from our luggage. This entire experience was disgusting, stressful, and disappointing. No family should have to go through this, especially while traveling with children."
