"Civilization out in the middle.The property is for the most part in disrepair. The t v in the bedroom only came on in black and white, the air conditioner did not work properly, the it makes hotels hot tub jets were only fifty percent working. This property charges and boasts way too much for the condition.It is in."

"Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. "

"Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful"

"We stayed at this resort for a long weekend; thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we always do. We've stayed at Wyndham numerous times, and it never disappoints. Our unit had a small stream off the deck, was absolutely wonderful sitting on the deck and relaxing with the sound of the stream. "

"The house was amazing, it was perfect the rooms great and the beds were so comfortable actually amazing . The kitchen had everything you need and more and the tables in the dining room were great for our family meals. Loved all the bathrooms.We sat out on the decks every night enjoying the sunsets and the hot tub with plenty of seating. Loved that there was an ADA bedroom on the main floor which was perfect for my mom.The HDMI ports on every TV was a convenient touch. Plenty of parking and the game room was perfect for all ages.Loved that the owners were amazing they were very accommodating and available when we needed anything.Everything was perfect for the whole family to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. Thank you for the best weekend ever!"

"This was the perfect location for our recent stay in Branson. We had a total of 12 in our party and this property is perfect for that many people. 5 bedrooms with king size beds in 4 and 2 sets of buck beds in the 5th which was great for the grandkids. Ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom is also a great feature. The only critique regarding that is we wish there had been a 1/2 bath on the main level for everyone to use vs. the 1st floor bedroom. Overall very clean, nice full kitchen with more than adequate kitchenware, nice TVs in all rooms.We will definitely consider this for any future stays in the area. "
