"An amazing getaway. Amenities were first class and brand new. The restaurant was lovely. The Indonesian cuisine was delicious but the rest of the menu ordinary. Great coffee in the mornings with a beautiful vista. Highly recommended for a quiet break."

"The staff are amazing! Beautiful and obliging for any request. They were very helpful to arrange room change as our room was up a hill and many steps. The photos of resort showed it to flat. So I had booked this as I have had recent surgery on my knee. I thought this place was perfect. To go to breakfast and meals everyday it was a climb up many stairs. Room service was available so it all worked out well. The villa we booked was private with own garden and pool and a flat walk to the beach only very short distance. This is a paradise for young couples and families. This is not a resort for people with disabilities. It is totally unsuitable for wheelchairs and very rocky paths to walk if unstable. A beautiful place but they need to advise correctly access conditions."

"Favoloso hotel nella zona di Bedugul, ideale per visitare il tempio o per vedere le cascate. Molto curato ho giardino, con un divertente spettacolo di luci. Ottimo il ristorante, ci abbiamo mangiato ogni sera. Eccellente lo staff ed i consigli per visitare i dintorni con il driver consigliato. Le camere sono moderne, curate e dotate di tutti i comfort."

"I enjoyed my stay here. It was very beautiful. The food was wonderful. The people are terrific and I would not hesitate to stay here again. I would not come here if I needed to depend on the Wi-Fi though. Either way, it was still a five star experience."

"Excellent place. Off the road in a small village but beautiful views from our rooms. Very courteous and helpful staff. Only con- Limited food options in the two restaurants. Can possibly manage 3 meals within the hotel. Also, limited restaurants nearby."
