"Second stay here and first time into the Priority Lounge. The hotel is in a good location with many family run seafood restaurants nearby. The lounge was disappointing and very much like a company canteen. There was only one sofa to relax on. Good staff service and acceptable snack food. The bar range was ok but somewhat limited compared with Club lounges provided by other hotel groups. I am not inclined to pay the extra for lounge access."

"This stay was beyond amazing! The staff was amazing and so kind. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The food selection top tier. I would definitely stay here again. FYI it is about an hour away from both BKK & DMK airports in Pattaya, but definitely worth the distance."
