"The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. "Family with one teenager, from the UK. We were super impressed with this hotel. We don't speak Hungarian, but we were made so welcome, particularly by the reception staff, who responded to requests for kettles, an iron, and numerous other things. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of sunbeds and the variety of food at breakfast and dinner. It was such a relaxing stay — we absolutely loved it!"
