"My first impression was very bad. I arrived after many hours of travel and at reception I repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi so that I could use translation and speak with people… They would never give it to me. I had a picture of a room with one double bed and one single bed, and they took me to a very dark room with only one small bed and very small room. Although cleaning was done regularly, the hotel itself looks very worn-out and so the environment is not very pleasant.
