A sneaky great value for the location. Mere minutes from Downtown Syracuse, the staff here is the gem. They welcomed us and even provided us with some complimentary spirits. Outstanding check-in and customer service!

My stay here was very comfortable, the bed was comfortable the bathroom was cleaned to its best ability I always reclean anytime I stay at a hotel anyway. Over all experience was great I will be stay again if I'm in the area they also have charging sta6fir your electric cars.

The outside of the property was a little dirty. The worst part of the experience was that none of the EV charging stations in the parking lot worked. I’m not sure that the hotel should be blamed for this. The free, hot breakfast was a nice perk.

We stayed here while visiting Syracuse University. It’s very close by so it’s super convenient. The price for the room was very reasonable. The room was nice and comfortable. The pillows on the bed are great. The free breakfast is great—a lot of options. There’s also a lot of snacks and drinks you can buy which is great to have on property. The front desk staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. If my daughter ends up going to Syracuse I will definitely stay there again.

I thought the room have been cleaned better, I wet a cloth and wiped down the furniture myself, some sticky areas. Staff were great very helpful, location is superb, a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a bit plain, with hardly any fruit available, just some old apples. I've had worse but I am a working man and do not have time for a liesurely breakfast, some other option would be good.

Was surprised at how clean and well maintained the Clarion was. For the price point was expecting a moderately functional facility with dingy rooms but was extremely pleased to find a scrupulously clean bathroom and bedroom, pleasant staff, and a decent continental breakfast in the small but tidy lobby. They even gave me a complimentary full-sized bottle of wine at check-in! Will definitely stay here again!

This motel is safe and very well maintained by attentive staff (owners). The immediate surrounding area is fine and only a few short blocks from downtown Syracuse. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and amenities that all function well. I have stayed at the Crown Pointe multiple times.

I think milly the hostess was professional, but the shades were dirty, our outside view was covered up by a big spider web, not one time did housekeeping offer any towels or to even take our garbage or clean up the room, we stayed 4 nights, the hallways and steps were dirty, so it wasn’t a good stay, but the location was good.
