"I just need my refund back from the double tree we never stayed there. Expedia booked a room that wasn't available sent to Vernon hills holiday inn very nice and friendly."

"The reason I don’t give this a 5 star is because the room was not as clean as it could have been. With shoes off I did step on a small piece of glass and there were a few crumbs still left of the floor. No big deal. The worst part was my room location, I was right outside of the elevator and that’s all I could hear all night. Made it hard to sleep as I could hear every individual chime and feel the vibration all night. Otherwise great hotel!"

"The room was great!! We had the King size bed with the sofa. The only downfall was the pillows were small but we had our own so it was not that big of deal . The room was really clean, the air conditioner worked great, TV was a little iffy to work but once you got it working it was fine."

"Every time I go to this hotel and have no issues it’s perfect except for right now. The prices are really expensive but as soon as they come back down, I will be back."
