The vacation home, measuring approximately 120 m², is situated on a gentle hill in the middle of the dunes and offers a unique combination of tranquility, privacy, and luxurious living comfort.

Designed with great attention to detail, this thatched-roof section—which has the character of a standalone home—accommodates up to six people and impresses with its stylish, modern architecture and high-quality furnishings of the very highest standard. Fine materials, clean lines, and a harmonious color scheme create an exclusive, cozy atmosphere.

Throughout the house, light-colored natural stone tiles and underfloor heating in the living areas and bathrooms ensure pleasant comfort.

A special highlight is the spacious wellness bathroom, which resembles a private spa oasis. In addition to an elegant double sink, you’ll find a large walk-in shower with rain and waterfall functions, as well as a private sauna that invites you to relax after a long walk on the beach or a bike ride around the island.
