Das Appartement liegt ruhig in einer 30er Zone, mit gutem Abstand zum Trubel in Westerland. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Nach List mit dem Auto 30 Minuten, nach Keitum 15 Minuten. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt in 10 Fußminuten entfernt. Der Balkon geht zum Garten raus, als wir da waren, war es insgesamt sehr ruhig im und ums Haus bis auf einige Bauarbeiten ggü., wo aber die Ruhezeiten eingehalten wurden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.

Die Lage zum wunderschönen Strand von Westerland, die Stadt Nähe sind super eine wunderschöne große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Strandkorb, von der man in den Abendstunden das Meer rauschen hört. Fußläufig sind Becker und Lebensmittelmarkt erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad und dem Bus kommt man überall hin. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Ab für drei Personen in Ausnahmefällen auch vier gut geeignet.
