The vacation rental is located on the first floor (raised first floor) of a single-family home with a separate entrance. The vacation rental is bright, welcoming, and modern in design. The living room is equipped with cable TV, a stereo system, and a dining area. The kitchen features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200). The bathroom features a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
Bicycles can be stored in the garage. A seating area in the front yard is available for our guests. Smoking is prohibited in this vacation rental. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Free parking is available on the street. This vacation rental does not include a designated parking space.
