"It was not clear which lock box was linked to our unit & we had difficulty getting access to our key. The pillows need to be replaced definitely not premium pillows. The white kitchen chairs need fixing - screws are all loose. General overall care of the property needs improvement. The apartment was clean & great access to the shops - however, no warning that massive construction just opposite the unit making it a very noisy stay - not peaceful. Very difficult to find parking if you have more...

Booking and communication was a seamless process and any questions were answered very quickly. Can't recommend highly enough for any stay in western Sydney."
