The staff were loverly.The bed needed a new base.The toilet could have had a railing. Outside our room was a storage room with junk in it curtains or something where you couldn’t see in would of made it a lot tidier.

The staff were very accommodating when required, unfortunately not available overnight despite the 24 hr sign at the front. Some minor maintenance required, and the usual fluffy exhaust fan cover, but otherwise clean and comfortable with convenient access by car to the first floor.

Room was outdated and did not match photos when booking. It was not very clean. Hair and blood in the bed and had to request new sheets. Had to wear shoes in the room due to a build up of grime on the tiles, and thongs in the shower. No exhaust fan in the bathroom with a severe build up of mold. Blinds were ineffective at keeping the light out. Staff were lovely though and very helpful.
