"It’s quite disappointing to name this hotel as Mövenpick! It’s lower than all expectations the rooms are very old. I used to visit the same hotel in 2006 and its the same exact rooms and facilities. Rooms are very old and not clean at all. Everything in the hotel is over used. About the breakfast and dinner were also below expectations as it’s the fire"

"It was really convenient to go to the Dead Sea if you have your own car"

"Good value for money. Sits on the same Dead sea with the same swimming experience but you pay much less than the big names like Holiday inn. Almira restaurant is a hidden jewel. Try jarjir with strawberry salad for the full experience. Some small things might not be working occasionally (cattle in the room) but it doesnt spoil much your experience ."

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is in serious need of maintenance and improvement, especially regarding cleanliness. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable and urgently need replacing. What shocked me most was the widespread smoking, even indoors, including the reception and restaurant areas. This is extremely unpleasant, unhealthy, and unacceptable. As someone accustomed to four- and five-star hotels, I would rate this property no higher than 2 to 2.5 stars. Cleanliness, comfort, and a...

"Overordbet havde vi et rart ophold og et sted vi godt kunne besøge igen. Til prisen var lokationen god. Poolområdet var godt og vi brugt både vores morgen og aftener der. Lille kørertur, det dødehav, cafeer og minimarket. Vi var nok uheldig med naboerne som havde en fest til langt ud på natten. Små forbedringer kunne gør det helt i top. -Bedre rengøring, særlig i køkkenet. - Myggenet på altendør var ikke monteret og derfor var der mange myg i soveværelset. "

"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."
