おもったより大きなホテルで立派でした。 露天風呂からは諏訪湖もみれましたが、右側の病院がきになりました。 フロントの方も親切でいろいろ教えていただきましたので助かりました。 おかげ様で、翌日は自転車で諏訪湖一周し、最高の諏訪の空気をあじわえました。

静かな朝食を楽しみたかった

中国からの団体を受け入れていたようで、静かに早朝の朝食を楽しむつもりが、突然騒がしくなってしまった。ホテルの施設やサービスの問題では無いが、外国人の団体が多く来るホテルと知っていれば予約してしなかった。
屋上テラスからの諏訪湖の眺めは最高でした

コロナ禍での大変な中、スタッフさんの接客は良かったです。 施設に関しては、たまたま諏訪湖の花火が見れて良かったです。 ただ、てっきり部屋から諏訪湖が一望出来ると思ったら、本館の部屋は諏訪湖正面側に客室が向いていないため、次回はパレス館の眺望がよろしい部屋に宿泊をさせていただきたいです。 全体的には悪くないですが、老朽化している箇所や、部屋の備品等、見受けました。 パレス館の2階が朝食会場になっており、朝食後、諏訪湖の方へ散歩をしようと「パレス館にもフロントがあるのかな？」と思い、パレス館の1階にいくと、導線が全くわからず、1Fに入っている会社に入りそうになってしまいました。 特に、パレス館に関しては、施設の宿泊者の導線をもう少しわかりやすいようにしていただければ幸いです。

Not recommended.

Not good. Breakfast was not good. Had meal from convenient store instead of hotel. All payment has done when I booked but hotel tried to charge tax when I check out. Terrible!

downgraded us to small room

we have booked and paid extra for bigger size room in weeks ago before our trip, with lake view and non smoking(which is very important for us) . but they offered us a smelly smoking room , we requested a non smoking room again they just downgraded us to a small room with no lake view. and when we checked out they charged us another y300 for 'onsen'. we don't even used that. we felt like cheated . wouldn't go back again. hotel is old and carpet in room smell bad n dirty.
