"The place wasn't very welcoming, staff was doing their jobs, period, not warm, not smiley and kind of quick on your case. The room was really average (especially for the prize), hand print on the wall of the bathroom, brown stain next to the bin on the carpet floor. The corridors and overall hotel was in bad shape. We even smell drugs in the corridors on the first night. The restaurant was renovated and the buffet was great (good and affordable). We slept well without noise even if the hotel is facing the road. I'll not come back, the experience wasn't terrible but surely not great either. "

"The house is good but unfortunately for our stay there was only 3 mugs (6 people staying) . One room spelt of smoke and another of wee. One bed creaked every time you moved. The towels hadnt been aired properly so they also smelt musty. The overall cleanliness just wasn't there for our stay otherwise it would have been really good. These things can be easily sorted for the next stay. The neighbour bought mugs so that's one thing sorted. Thanks "

"Check in was seamless, and the kitchen facilities perfectly matched the photos.Everything was exceptionally well maintained, and I was thoroughly impressed by the high standard of the setup. It truly felt like a home away from home. I never expected to find such a beautiful space in the heart of Birmingham.I will definitely be returning. "
