"Not so great if you have mobility issues and are not on the ground floor. Clean property, simple but pleasant. Best take your own shower gel as there were only two tiny bottles. Apart from that it is nice, very close to the train station"

"Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we could only get luke warm water in the bathroom. First day only one coffee machine was working so quite a long queue. The other machine was fixed the next day.."

"This is a nice hotel but has one major drawback for disabled guests. The breakfast room is on the first floor of an annex attached to the hotel which has no lift access. We were told there were about 20 stairs to climb, which was impossible for my disabled partner to negotiate. To combat this a very helpful member of staff brought us down everything we required into the bar area. We were also offered the choice of having breakfast served in our room without a tray charge. However, as this is a buffet breakfast, I would have preferred to have been able to sit in the breakfast room and see exactly what was on offer. Other than that (and the £12 parking charge) we were happy with the standard of food served, the level of customer service and the hotel itself."

"You get what you pay for and I didn't pay a lot but this far exceeded my expectations. The room was large, as was the bed and shower. Everything was clean and modern and the staff were very helpful and courteous."
