"The room was modern, spacious and had everything I needed. The bar area was nice and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were absolutely lovely, and couldn't be more helpful, especially Sophie. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. The barman was perfectly polite, but I got the impression from the two nights I was staying there that he really didn't want to be there. :-( Overall, this was a great stay. "

"We didn't dine here but the menu looked good. The bar had a great selection and the drinks were good. There is a bus stop at the end of the street so easy to get around. We loved our room. It was very spacious. If you have troubles with stairs be sure to ask for a ground floor room as there isn't an elevator. One of the reasons we booked here is because it said there was a pool, but the pool wasn't open and the staff was clueless about it. Kept saying maybe tomorrow."

"I turned up two and a half early for check in and Craig did his upmost best to get me in straight away which I gravely appreciated, he was very professional and helpful. I then had a general question about parking and Denise was extremely helpful and even sighted me up as a member and to my surprise I was able to access the perks at that very moment, again she was professional and did everything to make my stay easy. My room was clean with a very good shower with all dove toiletries. Bhagwan was great and gave a two pm checkout. I used my 20% off voucher for food that Denise gave me and the food was amazing. I will defiantly stay again! "
