Monica was extremely helpful even weeks before our arrival especially with the restrictions in place for the Olympics! "By far the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at - and we always stay at nice hotels. The staff are incredible, the entire hotel was immaculate and clean. Everything was over the top including the service. The food was great and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in Switzerland. Amazing place to stay! Highly recommend - worth the splurge for sure!"
