"Lovely family friendly hotel with exceptional staff all around. Lots of parking. Onsite bar/restaurant very good. Swimming pool great with kids. Cute play area near bar/lobby. Perfect for young kids whilst adults enjoy a drink. Would highly recommend staying here."

"This hotel does everything you need before an early morning flight. The staff are exceptional, so child friendly and they really consider them at dinner when they eat completely free in their very own buffet, such a lovely touch that they dont have to do for the children and makes such a difference. Rooms are basic but clean, everything is well maintained and the Gatwick shuttle waits right at the door so what's not to love!!!"

"Great staff - particularly Renee at the restaurant and Stella at the bar! Got upgraded to a bigger room which was nice, but the lift was broken and we had a pushchair. The room was very hot and there was no AC in our room. The sauna wasn't working when we went. Overall a lovely stay with great food."

"Lovely hotel. FYI no lift. No air con in the rooms & unfortunately we picked one of the hottest weekends. Nice breakfast & staff. Free parking which was a lovely bonus. Only reason I wouldn’t stay again would be the lack of air con but definitely value for money. I used the Spa facilities & that was really good 🙂"

"A great stay for our family — 2 adults and 2 under 5! ❤️ We stopped here after visiting Paultons Park and then headed to LEGOLAND the next day, so it was a perfect little stopover for us. The breakfast was lovely, with such a great choice! 縷🍳🍓 There was continental and cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, cakes, donuts 🍩, loads of spreads and plenty of juices. Something for everyone! The staff were also really kind, polite and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Our room was nice and absolutely fine for our one-night stay. The only little thing I’d mention is that we had to move the beds against the wall, and found a few bits of rubbish underneath. It might be worth moving the beds when cleaning between guests just to make sure everything underneath is spotless. Overall, a lovely stay and a great option for families visiting Paultons Park or LEGOLAND! 😊❤️"

"Nice to return to this property after a few years. Stayed for 2 nights and the service was very good - especially David on the front desk and Ellie in the bar. The room was well appointed with the only downside being the aircon pegged to 19° which isn't ideal in this heat."

"Our room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Only had a 1 night stay, tv, tea and coffee making facility in room, lots of storage space. Breakfast self service buffet was good, plenty to choose from. Good place for plane spotting, but our room was back of hotel so the plane noise wasn't a problem, maybe as the planes were coming into Gatwick and not taking off in our direction. All on all, happy with stay. Checking in was quick and easy. Staff all pleasant."
