Less than 2 miles and only an 8 min drive to gorgeous Surfside beach. This beautiful, lovely decorated, fully stocked condo is perfect for your beach getaway. Accommodates up to 4 guests. Please note, this condo is on 3rd floor and requires climbing 2 sets of stairs. Relax on private balcony overlooking pool and hottub. Feel right at home with a fully furnished kitchen with full sized refrigerator, oven with airfryer capability, keurig coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes, mixing bowls, cooking sheet, silverware, wine glasses, silverware, microwave and toaster. Save money on eating out by being able to cook at home. No need to buy bottled water because sink has a pure water filtration for drinking. Eat in kitchen has 4 barstools at the bar for dining. The living area has a full size sofa, a side chair and a large smart tv with Roku. 6 drawers to store your clothing. Next to living room is redesigned office, featuring a sliding barn door, if you need to get work done in private. A large butcher block top desk with 2 chairs and a lamp. There is a clothing rack for hanging clothes. Under the loft is a queen sized murphy bed that can be easily put away when not in use. The bed has drawers and shelves for all your items. Outside on the balcony is a closet with full size washer and dryer and space for pool toys. Upstairs in loft there is a twin daybed with twin trundle underneath. They can be connected to form a king size bed. Loft has a desk and chair and mounted TV with roku. The loft has a walk in closet with drawers, a luggage rack and a rack for hanging clothes. Please note that the stairs to the loft are slightly steeper than a traditional staircase but there is a handrail on the side and handrail at top for safety. Please keep in mind if you have motility issues as there is no restroom in the loft. Might be too large of a step for very small children as well.
This condo has everything you need to feel right at home and with so much to do nearby, you will never get bored. Community has pool, hot tub and tennis courts for your enjoyment.
As an added bonus, we provide our guests with eco friendly plant based cleaner, shampoo, body wash, conditioner. We also provide Laundry Detergent and a full sized washer and dryer. Centrally located between Wilmington and Charleston. Next to Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet. We happily welcome service or esa dogs! Must be 25 or older to book due to local laws.
