"We had a wonderful time! Max was easy to communicate with and was very kind! I would recommend this property a million times over. Only suggestion to the owner is invest in baby gates due to all of the stairs other than that the WiFi wasn’t very consistent either. I worked on my time for a day and it was constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. Easy fix and it wasn’t Max’s fault but the servicing company."

"Location is awesome. Near several restaurants and not far grocery stores. And of course, the house is wonderful, clean with beautiful views and access to beach and pool. Kitchen is stocked with plenty cooking utensils. The elevator provides access to every floor is a plus since my husband can't climb stairs well. Several family members asked before we left about staying again next year. Ted was an excellent host and knowledgeable about the area. Hope to stay again next year."

"We had a great time at the house. The open space area upstairs was great: the kitchen was large and full equipped, the long dining table was perfect for both eating and playing board games, and the couches allowed everyone to relax. The front porch is phenomenal, as is the outdoor shower.The house is clean, and the host was great at communicating and answering any question.Highly recommended!"
