"The Reel Pour House" cast a line, enjoy a drink and take in the views “The Reel Pour House" provides it all for a wonderful Holden Beach Vacation! Bring the dog, bring the boat, bring it on! Whether you are a small family, one couple or two couples this home offers the quintessential classic beach vacation. Comfort and southern charm - sit back on the screened porch and listen to the rustle of the palm tree fronds with a canal water view and the sound of the ocean in the distance. Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed in the master bedroom with a private bath and a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom with access to the hall bath just outside the door. Both bedrooms and the living room have new smart TV's! There is comfy and ample seating in the living room for your evening lounging. Breakfast bar seating is convenient but you may enjoy the dining area more for the water views. The well stocked kitchen will have all you need for meal preparation and just makes things taste a little better when you are on vacation Bring your boat and park it at your own private dock for the week. (Boats larger than 22' may find the canal difficult to maneuver) No boat, no problem - fish, sun, crab and repeat! The fenced back yard is awesome for keeping the little ones where they should be as well as letting Fido have a run (Please clean up after your pet!) Washer and Dryer are located in downstairs garage area. Guests have access to a collapsible wagon and a couple of beach chairs for the short stroll to the beach. What are you waiting for? Book now!

Cute cottage w/a nice screened porch. Nice quiet neighborhood. Fenced in yard. Sitting area above the dock has Adirondack chairs & glider. Very nice place on the canal.

Waterway dog lovers

Annual family get together was great for the puppies. House was great excellent location. The air conditioning was the only thing was a bit on the struggle bus really need a curtain in that front door and kitchen window to help with air conditioning and refrigerator demands. Relaxing time

Great for small family getaway

House was clean and adequate for a long weekend stay. Kitchen was mostly equipped with basic needs. Dock out back was a nice add on even though we didn't have any watercraft. Netflix available was great for rainy afternoon. Neighborhood was mostly quiet. Cons, Back screen door dragged on deck, Outdoor shower has corks covering nails from the construction. Grass/sand/weed yard could use some improvement. All around id consider visiting again in the future.

Beautiful View

This house had a beautiful water view! We fished off the dock and caught fish! My dog loved the yard! Great location! Just need to update listing to reflect no fence on dock. It was open for pets or kids! Also needs a new coffee maker! It has seen better days! Overall excellent property and would stay again!

Reel Pour House

Our overall impression of the property was wonderful. We would rent this house again. Several suggestions I would make is put out some roach motels or spray for roaches. We saw several dead ones and killed one big live one. It could have been a palmetto bug but it was big. The screen on the back porch was coming out when we got there. A guy came out and fixed it best he could. He said the whole screen on door needed replacing. It was furnished and decorated beautifully. Hoping we can rent it again soon. Kat M

Cute little cottage for small group

We enjoyed the beach house and back porch. It served our needs well. I wouldn’t recommend for a group larger than 4-5 people. The washer & dryer is in the crawlspace below the house and it’s quite dark & damp down there. I would prefer a small stackable one inside the house. Otherwise it was fine.

Holden Beach Retreat

Simply super place! Enjoyed the peace of the marsh in the front and the fish jumping in the canal in back. Our dog loved the fenced yard he could roam in as well as loaf on the soft lawn. Quick walk to beach and had a great time roaming around canals and over to Sailfish Park for walks. Notify the management company 2 weeks before your stay and bring your own sheets, since you have to bring your own towels anyhow you might as well save the linen fee.

perfect for a small family with water toys

great little place with a wonderful canal dock. the dock made getting out on the water very convenient and the beach was a short walk/golf cart ride away. also, has a great outdoor shower. the bathrooms could've been cleaned a little better, but overall a great place with a traditional beach house vibe will definitely stay here again!

Very nice. Good layout. Great screened in back porch, but mosquitoes still come in through floor openings. Facia board on steps is just propped up with no nails. Loved the dock. Overall great experience.

Great Place to Balance Access to the Beach and to the Inter-coastal Waterway

We'd stay again without a doubt! We wanted a place with close access to the ocean as well as to the inter-coastal waterway and this fit the bill. It is literally about 1000 feet to the beach via a public boardwalk and sits right on a canal to the inter-coastal waterway. The place is very nicely done with most of what you need. There are a lot of nice spaces inside and outside to enjoy. While we have no complaints, we are glad to share a few helpful suggestions.

Great rental property.

We found the house to be very clean and accommodating. I noticed little things like the good quality of silverware and the cookware so well organized that impressed me too. Great sunrise view over the marsh, Nice dock with plenty of water(4ft.) even at low tide for our boat and fenced back yard for our fur baby just to name a few great things about this property.
