"It’s a nice hotel to stay, huge and clean. Love that it’s just in between Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia Mall, which is just 1 min across the road. Everything is perfect except for the breakfast buffet and room service - the food quality is sucha huge let down. I expected alot from the food considering it’s a 5-star hotel. Food quality is like 2-star hotel haha. Everything else is great, except for the food. Would we stay again? Absolutely - Bcause of the strategic location. Food wise? Just order from grab, cheaper and more options!"
