"I travel constantly and this hotel is definitely in my top bunch. Staff was absolutely amazing. Area is perfect. Fleur was the kindest bartender in the world. Brett was also great. Jaxson checked me in early after a canceled appointment. If I could give more than a 5/5 I would. Love this hotel and will 1000% stay here again. Thank you to the staff for making it the best stay possible. I highly recommend this place."

"Was surprised to be quoted $20 to check in at 2pm verses early check-in at 2:30pm. Place was empty and rooms available. Construction noise of renovations was also not disclosed at booking. "

"The room was dirty. Staff member working nights named Chris was extremely rude and disrespectful. I booked a “suite” and it’s dirty. Huge stains on couch that resemble some adult activity and big dirty spot on bathroom floor that resemble poop. Carpet floor is dusty as well as bathroom. I even saw skittle candy under couch. I went to front desk showed images and asked for assistance and attempt to change of room and Chris was extremely rude it’s hard to believe. The last thing he said when I called him out for his behavior is that he isn’t sure I made the stains. I laughed and walked away. For $250 a night not worth $2.50"

"Property had been remodeled sometime ago. Looked nicer in the photos than it did in person. No amenities except for a pool which we didn’t use. Property upkeep was low. TV system was one of the worst I have seen. AC was loud and needs to be upgraded."

"The hotel was overbooked an we ended up relocated for both nights of our stay at different hotels. It was an incredible inconvenience as we had friends we were supposed to be staying with. Ended up ending our trip a day early because we were tired of moving around."
