"Condo is exceptionally clean and well appointed. All appliances are in great condition. The condo is quiet and very comfortable. It overlooks a large pond presenting a nice view. Location is perfect, easy to get to everything in the Sunset Beach/Calabash area. Thanks for the opportunity to share your wonderful place. "

"It was a beautiful setting in a golfing community. I felt very safe. I went in off-season, so was not able to use the pool. But I can only imagine that it was as well-maintained as the rest of the property, which was well manicured. The condo itself was compact and had everything that I needed. I do wish there had been a small coffee table for when I did choose to eat meals in the condo. Otherwise, everything was nicely appointed. The location is fantastic! It’s very easy to get to the beach and to local shopping and restaurants. James was absolutely wonderful at communicating. He made sure that I got into the condo safely and checked on me during my stay. He was not at all intrusive, just very considerate. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with a host. I would absolutely recommend This place to anybody."
