"Clean rooms and nice breakfast options. My only complaint was the times I contacted the hotel and spoke with customer service before deciding to just book online. The Expedia price was cheaper and easier than booking directly with the hotel."

"Staff welcomed me upon arrival.. maybe 20 seconds pulled up my reservation and key card was in my hand. She explained location of pool and towels were.. Asked if I needed housekeeping more than every other day... room and bath clean. Nice balcony for sunsets. My second time at that location in 3 months"

"Balcony entrance had extreme rust on hardware. Handle was crusty. Bathroom had low water pressure and no water during stay. Lobby bathroom disgusting. Smelled and not cleaned. Elevator was a sauna. Entrance to be beach unkept, vegetation growing over. The bar/ restaurant staff and valet service were excellent . Professional and courteous. They saved the 3 night stay. Hope this helps."
