"This hotel is in a terrible and unsafe neighborhood. The businesses shown in the map were not there. It was 30 minute drive to anything relatively decent. The non smoking floors smelled like weed. Keys were constantly locking us out of our room. Was only redeemed by being on a floor away from most other guests and newer carpet and paint in our area. We would not have stayed if we hadn’t pre-paid for our room."

"I am still trying to get our money back, the shower in our hotel room would not turn off and started to turn the room very steamy. No maintenance on call since it was a Friday night. No other rooms available, had to switch to a whole new hotel. Paid cash for our hotel room and was told only a manager can reimburse us. Good luck getting ahold a manager that is never on site. Have called and emailed everyday with no resolution!!"
