"Room was clean, property was clean. Room lacked some basic amenities. Good for a couple nights stay. Unfortunately the train comes thru early in the morning, very loud."
"I stayed at Hilton LAX twice in a two-week span. They were wildly different experiences. The first visit was truly pleasant: Airport shuttle to and from the airport was a breeze, the room was modern and clean. The second time was a disaster: Airport shuttle skipped us (presumably it was full); we had to take a midnight Uber to the hotel. The room was very outdated. he air conditioning was not functional and we all sweated in our sleep. Front desk offered no compensation other than "sorry"....
"Location is mot great as we realized it is not the safest neighborhood but it is close to airport and stadium which we wanted to visit.
The staff were not very helpful. We came in an hour earlier, stayed in line to talk to front desk staff and they refused to allow early check in without extra cost. Then we had to run out to exit the parking lot before we hit the 30 min mark after which we had to pay.
When we came back at the check in time, there was a long line! Clearly they couldn’t handle...
"The hotel property is good but there’s no room service, the staff is unhelpful and if you need anything you need to come down to reception and stand in the long Que.
Phone line from rooms are disabled and no basic amenities even after asking.
The self car parking card doesn’t work in one go and you need to try it multiple times and ask someone to help.
These are basic things and for this price I can’t justify the cost. Choose some other place who have trained their staff better."
