"Our room was okay (Classic Room). No hot drink making facilties in the room. Shower was very low powered. Breakfast was good in a nice airy room. Outside terrace lovely in amongst lemon trees. Good location for Pompeii and train stations for getting to other popular destinations "

"Check in was good but the room felt a little run down and the noise level was high. I know that rooms have thin walls but they had put me on the first floor next to the lobby. I heard everything including the reception phone. I had to ask for another blanket because the heat wasn’t turning on in my room. I finally got it to go but then my shower water was freezing the first night so I had to ask about that too. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast and the manager at breakfast. She was extremely kind and friendly. Food was good aswell."

His dedication and professionalism truly stood out—he went over and above in every way. We loved our stay so much that we actually came back one week later for the return leg of our vacation, which says everything. The Lloyd Hotel has definitely earned a loyal customer, and we will be back again for sure. Highly recommended!"
