"They couldn’t provide bed linen, towels even 14-15 hours after I asked for it and even broke their own tv to keep my security deposit because I asked for a refund and couldn’t properly stay in the room and also the bathroom and bedroom were very dirty "

"Our family absolutely LOVED our stay. Very nice and so cool and unique. Perfect for boys who love video games and reminiscing. Katie and her family thought of absolutely everything and it’s nicer / more spacious than we thought. Our boys asked to come back before we even left. "

"It was good proximity to everything. Parking was ok but had a lot to carry to and from car. It was very empty in the BNB. Could have used a rug or two. The futon was very hard and not comfy. The pillows were flat and only one blanket in the whole place. With the concrete it was kind of dirty on the floor. Nothing to make it cozy. Host did respond in a timely manner. Overall it worked for the occasion. "
