Please note, one small maintenance closet in the home upstairs will remain locked, though each bedroom includes its own guest closet for your use. The attached garage is accessible and the quickest way to get in and out of the home.
After booking, you’ll receive a link to your personal guest portal along with your guest agreement. Please take a moment to review and sign the agreement before your stay, as this step is required to receive your access details.
The guest agreement is designed to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. It includes important information on check-in and check-out, house rules, amenities, and other helpful guidelines that ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests. You’ll also find a link to purchase trip insurance, which we highly recommend for your peace of mind.

If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine per night will be charged to the card on file. This home is pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host and a pet fee. Restricted breeds are not permitted. For stays longer than 14 nights, please inquire before booking, as the pet fee and guidelines may differ for extended stays.

We want every guest to have a relaxing, worry-free stay, so we don’t have strict rules about trash or dishes—just a kind request to keep things reasonably tidy. Used linens can be left as they are in the bedrooms or bathrooms, and our cleaning team will take care of them after your stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the reservation. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee per pet; however, bringing an undisclosed pet will result in a $200 per day charge.
