"The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. I called the front desk around 9:15 a.m. to ask what time breakfast ended, and they said it had ended at 9 a.m.—but they kindly offered to still serve us since the breakfast staff would be there until 10:30. We thought we were just lucky, but the way they plated and packed the food so beautifully proved otherwise. It wasn’t luck—it was true customer service! Thank you!"

"From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. Each day there is a special event like tea and cookies in the evening or something equally enchanting. We would highly recommend to all our family and friends."
