"Overall pros: Great location to the beach, just cross the street and you’re there! The condo is basic but nice for what you need. Theres 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with washer and dryer. Everything was nice and clean. Just being picky cons: There is no tv in one of the rooms and the other tv in the other bedroom doesn’t work with the dish box, it’s very old and dilapidated. "Communication and check-in were great! The property is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The condo itself smelled bad when we first got there. I don’t know if someone had cooked/burned something earlier but there was a very strong odor. It was clean though. The living room furniture also had a mild mildew-like smell and isn’t very comfortable. As a previous guest posted, the bed is creaky but not so bad that we couldn’t sleep on it.
