"The location was perfect just adjacent to the Tokyo station where you can catch the bullet trains. Hotel staff was wonderful and very accommodating and they spoke English! We had a king room and although it was small compared to USA rooms, it was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had both American and Japanese entrees and all were tasty and presented beautifully. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Great stay! The room was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was excellent, with an airport limousine bus terminal conveniently located nearby, making transportation easy. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Even though our flight was delayed and we arrived after the official check-in hours, they kindly waited for us even though check-in had ended at midnight. Their hospitality was greatly appreciated. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, excellent convenience, and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again."

"Each capsule was clean and common areas are maintained in a daily basis like clockwork. The staff I spoke to were very friendly and the check-in / check out process was very easy to do solo. The common area in 6F was a great way to meet new people as well if they're willing to talk, otherwise most people just keep to themselves which is ok. The shower, sink, washroom and hallways are always kept pristine each day and garbage bins are accessible all throughout. Laundry is available on 6F for ¥300 + ¥100 for dryer. If you don't have laundry detergent, theres a vending machine for ¥100. If I'm coming back to Tokyo in the future I would definitely pick this place again. If you're considering this place, just remember to be polite and as quiet as you can when around the capsules, esp past 11pm."
