"Exceptionally clean, wonderful balconies, the community is terrific (hiking, playgrounds, pools, etc.)"

"This was an amazing rental home with all the “creature comforts” at your disposal. They truly thought of any and all needs you might have. It was “squeaky clean” in all areas. The host was very good with communication throughout the period from when I booked until the actual stay-prior, during and after. When in the Bella Vista region again, will definitely book with this particular provider."

"Such a great stay!!! First sell - dog friendly and a great outdoor space for ours to run around :) Second major sell - having full access to the garage for all our outdoor toys. Third sell - you could not beat the price for what all this house had to offer in terms of comfort, space, privacy, and supplies. And the location was perfect - out of town, but a quick drive to wherever you wanted to go. The house was clean, cozy, and homey! The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Back deck is a great...

"Very unique property! Loved the decor, lake views and the opportunity to create art! I have stayed in many rentals but this one is one of my favorites. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed taking an evening boat ride with the hosts. Michelle and Damon are very personable. Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience! She is very quick to respond should you need to reach out to her during your stay. If you have mobility issues then this may not be the place...

"Very clean"

"Great home away from gome."

"The house was great and having all the extra activities available was amazing. The host was very nice and provided all the information we needed. Would highly recommend this property and host."

"Quite spot on a cove, not much of a lake view unless you walked down to the shoreline. Air conditioner is extremely loud. We arrived at 3:30, and they said they were closed—website shows 5:00. Watch out for deer."

"Very nice easy one night stay!"

"We loved the convenience of this townhouse. It's near several things, is beautifully maintained, and the owner is responsive and extremely accommodating. We'll absolutely be keeping this place in mind the next time we visit!!"

"Will look into staying again next year as it was a perfect fit for us."

"Very nice house with lots of space and super friendly host."

"We were coming to town for a concert at the Momentary and the one bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It's the perfect walk to the Momentary, so we didn't need pay for parking. The aesthetic of the decor was beautiful, and felt like a home away from home. I also enjoyed that our unit had a dedicated parking spot, making it easy to find parking and get our car unloaded. Anything that peeks our interest for the Momentary, this will now be our go to place."

"Second time back to this amazing place. It is so peaceful and relaxing. This unique place is at the top of our list!"

"Property is fairly new and well appointed. The view from high above the lake is beautiful and the hosts ( who are on site) couldn't have been more gracious. It was a lovely stay."

"Very happy with our stay. The place was clean and spacious. Easy to get to Bentonville. Highly recommend."

"We had such a lovely stay. Linda was attentive and helpful, and the location was great for visiting Bentonville and Eureka Springs. We especially loved the opportunity to experiment with painting with the paints and rocks provided at the cabin."

"A very nice and quiet little place for a weekend get away. Very friendly staff"
