The holiday apartment is located in a quiet part of Sukošan, just 90 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the town centre. It is situated on the ground floor of a house with five apartments and offers space for up to 4 people (3 adults + 1 child).
The apartment spans 45 m² and features a bedroom with a double bed, single bed, and optional baby bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, mirror, and hairdryer. The combined living and dining room with kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette, electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery, and a dining table for 4 people. The living area provides a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, shelving, and display cabinet.
The 7 m² balcony is partially covered, equipped with a table, chairs and parasol, and offers direct access to the garden/courtyard. The apartment includes a private parking space, and the communally used barbecue in the courtyard is available to all guests. Pets are allowed up to three animals.
The location enables numerous activities in the immediate vicinity: swimming, windsurfing, pedal boating, leisure park, bicycle rental, water sports, diving, snorkelling, water skiing, sailing, boat trips as well as hiking, national park visits and diverse sports and leisure offerings.
