"It is near a number of Embassies and consulting firms like KPMG or Deloitte, so quality of foreigners is somewhat better than other places with mostly English teachers or companies of mining/manufacturing/construction industries. It has three restaurants downstairs and were mostly modest Mongolians who seemed to be from well educated/disciplined families. There is a club-ish lounge for young people across the road but people were not loud or trashy around the entrance as I experience in US cities. I stayed only for one night on Saturday due to the city's utilities maintenance caused the area (where my main hotel was) to lose hot water that day, but I would consider staying here next time in Mongolia."
