"This was a very nice higher end resort. It has a friendly staff, is very clean, is well kept and maintained, and has good food and drinks. The four pools with one designated for adults only is also a plus.We had an ocean view Villa, and the view off our back porch was beautiful and usually quiet and tranquil. The downsides, however, were 1) uncomfortable mattress, 2) housekeeping cleaning the rooms up to 6:00 p.m., and 3) being a fair distance away from the high traveled tourist area, like Duval Street. As to the latter, they do offer a shuttle, but it leaves and picks up only at certain times, which leads to a lot of Ubering."

"We loved the location and the rooms. But my favorite was the beds!! OMG i slept so great on these beds. When i got home i called them to find out the manufacturer and model because I'm going to order the same bed for my house lol. Great time highly recommend Key west and the Pier House Resort"
