"This is honestly my new favorite hotel, I’m sad it’s so far away from me. It was gorgeous, friendly, and so open and inviting. My room was perfect and the hotel itself was like something out of a movie. I might go back to Virginia just to stay here again."

"Me and my family’s go to hotel. Staff is pleasant and we’re very warm and welcoming towards me and my family. I used the laundry room and business center easily. These amenities were convenient with me working remotely. Breakfast was pretty good, a few options and Ms. Sharon is such a sweetheart! Anything we asked for they never made us feel like we were a bother. Will definitely recommend and will be returning."

"The only reason I am giving all the five stars is because of the third shift front desk agent named Greg! I had an issue with the internet, Greg came up and fixed it willingly to make sure I was good. I’m a retired chief engineer for Marriott, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Aloft, Hampton Inn, Days Inn, as well as Motel 6. I have never seen an engineer caulk the grout on the floor. I have seen the baseboards be caulked, maybe even behind the toilet, but never on the floor you are supposed to walk on. The 3 bottles that are in the shower which are body wash, shampoo + conditioner, the body wash and the shampoo were the exact same thing even though there were 3 bottles there. If you were to ask me if I’d stay here again, my answer would be yes as long as Greg works there. Because working in hotels myself, a few hiccups should never override great customer service. Which is what Greg provided."
